Consortium Structure

The South West Locality PBC group is now called Streatham & Clapham Health

Streatham & Clapham Health Ltd  has now 22 constituent practices and a board, which  meets monthly, and reports via this site. There will also be quarterly meetings at which representation from each member practice is expected.

Board Membership

5 GPs and 2 PMs had put their names forward.The group agreed they should all be on the board and are as follows:-

• Dr Adrian McLachlan

(an alternate partner from a practice may deputise for an absent member)

• Judy Cook - PM (with Pat Evans as back-up)
• Jim Stock recently appointed member and company secretary

The Board also has representation from the PCT Locality Office through Gill Baker & Gazelle Howard and from the PCT Service Strategy & Commissioning through Lucy Day or Tarek Iskander
